The Company has developed highly efficient manufacturing methods that bring to market a utility-scale tower solution that enables scalability at a cost-effective price for towers 95-140 meters. Northstar’s design incorporates modular, field-assembled, rolled or press-brake formed panels that utilize slip-critical bolted connections instead of conventional welded mega-structure construction.

The Northstar design provides for increased manufacturing capacity and through-put due to efficient plant design resulting in added margin for Tower Manufacturer/Turbine OEM and cost savings for the developers.
